Kakinada is part of a Special Economic Zone and a proposed “Petroleum, Chemical and Petrochemical Investment Region”. It is a hub to all the deep sea exploration activity for its gas fields. The Port is surrounded by the districts of East and West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and the entire Telengana region.
We have 8 acres of land for development purpose and it is 3.5 kms away from oil jetty. This land is suitable to build a liquid terminal for Class A, B & C products.
NPMS would like to develop this land for liquid terminal with the different business modal (same can be discussed in one to one meeting) which will be useful for the regular chemical traders and petrochemical & pharmaceutical industries.
Krishnapatnam Port is a well-recognized and developing hub for edible oil refineries with required port infrastructural facilities and Greenfield opportunities. NPMS has 110 Acres of developed land ready for the use of Petroleum products and the land is 8.5 Kmsaway from the oil jetty.

Karwar is the only all-weather port while the other ports are riverine anchorage lightarage ports. Karwar is situated at the northern extremity of Karnataka coast 64 kms south of Marmugoa Portion.
NPMS has 3 acres of land for development at Karwar Port and this land can be utilised for Class B & C products. We are ready to build a terminal as per the client’s requirement (same can be discussed in one to one meeting).
Mangalore Port is the 9th major port in the Country and its facilities provided are to challenge the needs of the 21st century. The major commodities imported are Crude & POL products, LPG, Coal, Limestone, Timber logs, Finished Fertilizers, Liquid Ammonia, Phosphoric Acid, Other Liquid Chemicals, Containerized cargo, etc.
The Port is connected with 3 National Highways. The national highway NH 66 is passing near the Port. This highway stretches from Kochi to Mumbai linking many important cities and towns in its route.
NPMS would like to develop a land of 20 + 5 acres which is 4 kms away from Oil Jetty. This land can be utilised for developing a dedicated liquid storage facilities for LPG, LNG, POL Products, and Petrochemical products.
